Creativity for a cause

As a company we wish to use our platform to engage with and support causes we believe in. This has led to us using our skills as theatre makers to fundraise for wonderful and deserving Galway organisations.

We hope to continue this work and welcome any charitable organisations who would like to fundraise through theatrical performances to get in touch.

Following it’s Sligo run Jungle Door was produced as part of this year’s Galway Pride Festival. The performance was one night only at Teach Solais on the 14th of August welcoming donations from the audience with all proceeds going to Teach Solais and Amach. Amach LGBT Galway CLG is volunteer run organisation which represents and advocates on behalf of the LGBTI+ community in Galway city and county. Teach Solais is a hub of activity, hosting a wide variety of events open to the public. It is also a focal point for delivery of education, training and health programmes in addition to support for individuals identifying as LGBT+ and for those who are ‘coming out’.

Eva’s Echo were delighted to present the show to a full house and proud to not only be included in the wonderful Galway Pride Festival line up but to be the first theatre company to perform a play at Teach Solais.  Read more →
